Katy, JohnMark & Friends

JohnMark Smith always had such a giving spirit, even though he battled with Crohn’s disease all of his life. One thing Katy loved about Johnmark was that he had big dreams for himself, never letting what any doctor or anyone said bring him down. He told Katy of how he had always dreamed of going to Africa and wanted to help those in need there. Katy told him that “one day” they would travel together to go to Africa. Well, unfortunately, that day never came; they never to go fulfill his dream of going to Africa together, at least in the way they envisioned it happening. JohnMark passed away in 2009 of complications of his disease. But there is HOPE and God has a plan. There is a chance for JohnMark’s name to live on in Zambia, Africa. In his honor, Katy is raising funds to build a house for orphans in JohnMark’s name. This means that 15 orphans will get to live life in the way God intended them to live! God is taking these devastating situations and bringing light into the darkness. Although JohnMark never had the opportunity to travel to Africa himself, his legacy will live on. Funds are being raised to build this home for orphans in the Tree of Life Children’s Village, a part of the ministry of Family Legacy Missions International. The total cost of this home is $80,000.

If you would like your order to be shipped, shipping payment will have to be made either through Paypal or by mailing a check made out to me at 6335 W. Northwest Hwy. #1313, Dallas, TX 75225. Shipping cannot be paid through Family Legacy. Shipping costs are as follows
